ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Accessibility Statement Code LEG-POL-01-002_v01 - Rev. 06/2026

Commitment to digital inclusivity in accordance with European Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and the European Accessibility Act

The company NICOLE DI STAMBAZZI ISABELLA is constantly committed to making its website scarpe-da-ballo.com accessible to all users, including those with temporary or permanent disabilities, in full compliance with the fundamental principles of perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness.

1. COMPLIANCE STATUS

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out by the WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) at the AA level. This compliance is guaranteed by the adoption of Shopify's native technological infrastructure and the technical optimization of the source code of the theme used. Our workshop constantly strives to ensure that every new update to the catalog, the descriptions of the 200 models, the videos, and the images adheres to the strictest criteria of digital inclusivity.

2. MEASURES ADOPTED FOR ACCESSIBILITY

In order to ensure an autonomous, safe, and easy use of the e-commerce platform for everyone, the following technical features have been implemented and verified on the store:

  • Alternative Text (Alt Text): All product images within the collections contain alternative text descriptions. This allows for correct interpretation and reading by Screen Reader software used by blind or visually impaired users.

  • Optimized Color Contrast: The colors of the informative texts, main purchase buttons (e.g., "Add to cart"), and the background of the Skyline style layout are calibrated to ensure sufficient visual contrast to facilitate reading for users with visual impairments.

  • Keyboard Navigation: The site structure is configured to allow logical sequential navigation between links, menus, and purchase forms using only the keyboard (via the Tab key), without the need to use a mouse.

  • Font Resizing: The graphic layout is entirely responsive and elastic. It allows for the enlargement of text using native browser functions without essential information being overlapped, cut off, or lost.

  • Accessible Multimedia Content: Demonstration videos included on the site are structured to support subtitles or text descriptions where necessary, facilitating a full understanding of the shoe's movement or fit specifications.

3. KNOWN LIMITATIONS (TEMPORARILY INACCESSIBLE CONTENT)

Despite our daily commitment and ongoing optimization efforts, some pages, sections, or isolated elements of the Site may be temporarily not fully accessible. This may occur due to:

  • Integrated third-party applications: External widgets dedicated to support chat, review collection apps, or advanced customization modules whose source codes are not directly editable or accessible by our workshop.

  • Archived documents: Historical downloadable forms or old information files that have not yet been fully converted into more modern and accessible digital formats.

4. FEEDBACK AND CONTACTS (CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK)

We invite users who encounter any type of access difficulty, technical glitches, or incorrect displays to report them to us promptly. Every opinion or feedback is valuable in helping us improve the user and shopping experience on our store.

In case of problems, you can send a detailed report (indicating the relevant webpage, the nature of the problem encountered, and the device or assistive software used) to our dedicated email address:
