It is strictly and expressly forbidden to:

• Copy, reproduce, download, publish, transmit, or distribute, in whole or in part and by any means, the contents of the Site without the express prior written consent of Nicole Rimini.

• Use framing or scraping techniques (including automated data extraction tools) to collect images, text, tables, or prices from the Site for commercial, comparative, or industrial plagiarism purposes.

• Counterfeit, imitate, reproduce, or use in an unauthorized manner the handcrafted footwear models, patents, trademarks, and designs protected or registered by the brand.

2. USER BEHAVIOR RULES (CODE OF ETHICS)

The user agrees to use the Site and related digital services (including product review forms, Shopify Inbox support chat, contact forms, and WhatsApp Business support integration) in a correct, lawful manner, and in strict compliance with the principles of good faith and commercial fairness.

It is expressly and strictly forbidden for the user to:

• Use false identities, fictitious personal details, incorrect tax codes, or place purchase orders on behalf of third parties without their explicit and documentable authorization.

• Upload, insert, or transmit files containing viruses, malware, trojans, or any other harmful code structured to compromise the integrity and security of the Shopify platform or the devices of other users.

• Use the store's communication systems (chat, support email, WhatsApp) to send unsolicited advertising material (spam), defamatory, obscene, offensive, vulgar, or threatening messages towards the company's staff and artisans or other customers.

• Publish false, misleading, manipulated, or obviously orchestrated reviews for the sole purpose of damaging the company's image or engaging in unfair competition practices.

🚫 Sanctionary Measures: The Owner reserves the final right to suspend or cancel the user's personal account on the Site, block future access to the sender's IP address, and officially refuse or cancel purchase orders in the event of proven violation of these behavioral rules.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nicole Rimini is constantly committed to keeping the Site accessible, secure, and fully functional. However, the company cannot be held responsible to the user or third parties for:

• Temporary suspensions or technical malfunctions of the store due to force majeure, network problems or servers of the international e-commerce platform (Shopify), or periodic extraordinary system maintenance.

• Any damages or losses resulting from external cyberattacks, viruses, or technological contamination suffered by the user's device or browser during navigation (users are invited to independently equip themselves with adequate and up-to-date antivirus systems).

• Slight graphic or typographical inaccuracies in the descriptions or in the screen color shades of materials (nappa, suede, satin), without prejudice to the daily commitment of the artisanal workshop to provide product sheets and exploded views that are as accurate, faithful, and transparent as possible.

4. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Site may contain hyperlinks (links) directed to websites or external platforms managed entirely by third parties (e.g., secure payment gateways like Shopify Payments or PayPal, social channels, or express courier logistics services).
