1. HOW OUR DIGITAL GIFT CARD WORKS

The Nicole Gift Card is a digital credit note, very easy to purchase and immediate to use:

1. Choose the Style: We have created 6 design and color palette variants dedicated to specific disciplines and occasions. Select the one perfect for the recipient.

2. Choose the Amount: Select the desired amount from the denominations available in our catalog to cover the value of the gift (or to co-fund a premium model).

3. Receive and Deliver: Once checkout is complete, you will immediately receive an email containing the unique Gift Card code and operational instructions. You can forward the email directly to the recipient or print it out to deliver it by hand.

3. TERMS OF USE AND LEGAL CONDITIONS

To ensure maximum transparency, the use and circulation of our Gift Cards are governed by the following strict conditions:

• Time Validity: The Gift Card is valid for 5 months from the date of receipt of the purchase confirmation email. Upon expiration, the code and voucher will be automatically deactivated by the computer system, and any remaining unused credit cannot be refunded or converted.

• Splitting the Credit: The value of the voucher does not have to be spent in a single transaction. If the order total is less than the nominal value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain associated with the same code and can be used for subsequent purchases until the 5-month expiration.

• Payment Integration (Mixed Payments): Should the cart total exceed the economic value of the Gift Card, the financial difference can be conveniently settled by the Customer using one of the secure payment methods accepted by the store (Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna/Scalapay, Bank Transfer).

• Accumulability: The Gift Card is considered in all respects a pre-loaded payment method. Consequently, it is perfectly usable even during seasonal sales, for the purchase of products on promotion, or in combination with a discount code entered in the cart. The application of an additional discount code reduces the taxable base of the cart, but does not affect the value of the voucher used.

• Nature of Credit: The nominal value of the Gift Card is under no circumstances convertible into cash, cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, does not accrue interest, and does not entitle the holder to cash change.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

In perfect harmony with our official Withdrawal Policy and fiscal documentation management:

• Withdrawal on Gift Card Purchase: The Customer has a right to change their mind within 14 days of purchasing the Gift Card, with a consequent full refund, on the condition that the digital code has not yet been used (even partially) to place orders on the site.

• Return of items purchased with Gift Card: If a Customer returns footwear purchased (wholly or partially) via Gift Card due to a change of mind, the amount to be refunded will be credited back primarily to the original digital Gift Card up to the initial value. Any monetary excess paid as integration will be returned via the original payment method (card or PayPal).

• Fiscal Treatment: Upon using the Gift Card, the fiscal document issued (Receipt or Electronic Invoice) will show the full value of the footwear purchased, highlighting separately the portion covered by the Voucher/Electronic Money and any integration portion paid.
