Legal Warranty of Conformity

Legal Warranty of Conformity Code LEG-INF-01-003_v01 - Rev. 06/2026

All products purchased on this site by private consumers are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, in implementation of EU Directive 2019/771.

1. Duration and Conditions

The warranty has a duration of 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.

• B2C Purchases (Private Individuals): This protection applies exclusively to purchases made by private consumers.

• B2B Purchases (Companies/Professionals): If the purchase is made by entering a VAT number, the provisions of the Civil Code apply and the warranty has a duration of 12 months. For more details on business sales conditions, please consult our Terms and Conditions of Service.

2. Consumer Rights

In the event of an ascertained lack of conformity, you have the right to request, at your choice and at no cost to you:

1. Repair of the product.

2. Replacement with an equivalent product.

Should these remedies be objectively impossible or excessively costly, you may request a fair price reduction or the termination of the contract with a subsequent refund. To initiate the verification process, we invite you to follow the instructions in our Refund and Return Policy.

3. Specifications and Limitations for Handcrafted Products

As these are shoes made using artisanal processes and quality materials, please note that the following do not constitute a lack of conformity:

• Natural material characteristics: Slight grain variations, color nuances, or small irregularities in the leather testify to the absolute authenticity of "Made in Italy" and the hand-crafted workmanship.

• Normal wear and tear: Physiological wear of components subject to high friction (such as the deterioration of soles, or the wear of dance shoe heels or heel tips) due to use is not covered by the warranty.

• Incorrect maintenance: Damages caused by improper care of materials or improper washing exclude the application of the warranty. To preserve your footwear, we invite you to consult our Material Care Guide.

4. How to Submit a Claim

If you believe your product has a lack of conformity, send a written report to our customer service through the channels indicated on the Contact page, including the order number, description of the problem, and detailed photographs of the defect found.
