1) Measuring foot length

Procedure on how to do it:

• Sit on a chair/bed/sofa
• Cross your leg, with your foot raised off the ground
• Use a flexible tape measure
• Measure from your longest toe to your heel
• Keep the tape measure pulled tight, following the entire shape of the foot
• This is the length measurement

If you cannot measure your foot directly, you can use a high-heeled shoe that fits well in length. 

How to do it:

• Take a shoe that fits you well in length
• Measure the insole from toe to heel with a flexible measuring tape
  Make sure the tape follows the entire shape closely

2) Measurement of the circumference / width

Procedure on how to do it:

• Keep your foot off the ground
• Wrap the measuring tape around the ball of your foot
• Measure at the widest point (at the level of the bones below the toes - the tape should be slightly diagonal to follow the shape)
• The tape must pass both over and under the foot, fitting snugly

This is the circumference measurement

• Before using or submitting the measurements, verify that:
  The measuring tape is snug, not loose and not too tight
• The length is from the longest toe to the heel
• The circumference is at the widest point
• The foot is not resting on the ground

• Shaft measurement
• Tape measure positions:
• 3 cm below the knee
• At the calf
• Below the calf
• Following the positions indicated in the photo
• Take measurements with your leg relaxed
• For optimal accuracy, measure both legs as they may differ slightly
• Wear socks or stockings of the thickness you will normally use with the boot
• For an optimal fit, ensure the tape measure sits against the skin without being tight. If the shaft is too tight, it may limit mobility while dancing; if too loose, the boot may slip during movement.
