We have two customization options: pages with our pre-designed proposals (Radiosa, Armoniosa, and Luminosa) and the Preziosa page, dedicated to "Fully Bespoke," where you can create your own custom shoe by choosing every detail.

Radiosa: trendy dance styles with buffalo suede soles, designed for dancing and performance. Armoniosa: versatile styles with rubber or leather soles, ideal for dancing as well as for ceremonies or walking. Luminosa: classic and evergreen styles, elegant and timeless.

No. The shoes on these pages are made to order and are not available for immediate delivery.

Custom shoes require approximately 20 days for artisanal production. Each model is made specifically for the customer with the selected materials and features.

The shoes on these pages are purchased exactly as shown in the photos. If you wish to modify colors, heels, soles, platforms, or other details, you must use the Preziosa – All Custom Made page.

On the Preziosa page, you can create your own shoe by choosing: item/model, main color, matching color, heel height and shape, type of sole, any platform, size, and special requests. You will also be able to add personalized notes in the space provided.

Yes. In the notes section, you can specify particular requests such as: adding rhinestones, modifying the heel, fit requirements (wide or narrow width by indicating the circumference of your foot), the length of one size and width of another, or other special needs. We will evaluate your request and send you a corresponding quote.

After submitting your request via the Preziosa page, we will receive all the selected details. We will then prepare a personalized quote that you are free to accept or decline, with no obligation.

No. Personalized shoes are made specifically at the customer's request and for this reason they are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
