The cross-strap over the instep of the Francy art. 226 is not just an aesthetic detail: it is the technical answer for dancers who want a snug, precise shoe that feels present with every step on the dance floor. Mod. 1CAI — a choice that makes the difference in ballroom and Romagnolo folk dance sessions.

The upper is made of genuine black suede with a fine silver glitter fabric insert, for a luminous and refined effect without being excessive. The rounded neckline of the upper adapts naturally to regular and wide feet, ensuring a comfortable fit even during longer sessions. The cross-strap Mod. 1CAI embraces the instep with stability and creates elegant lines that enhance the silhouette of the foot in motion.

The 7 cm 7HR flared heel offers the ideal center of gravity for controlling the movements typical of ballroom dancing: stable, well-proportioned, and never fatiguing. The buffalo suede sole is soft and brushed, with the right amount of grip on almost all floors — it is recommended to use it exclusively indoors and clean it with the appropriate wire brush to maintain its performance over time. The closed toe with a rounded neckline completes a clean and professional silhouette.

Handcrafted in Italy with genuine leather inside and an anti-slip genuine leather insole, the Francy art. 226 features a soft, anti-shock, and antibacterial memory gel insole for maximum comfort during training and practice sessions. Reinforced stitching and anti-abrasion reinforcements ensure long-lasting durability. A Nicole shoe designed for ballroom dancing, Romagnolo folk dance, and also suitable for Caribbean, tango, and practice — made in Italy, buffalo sole, memory gel.
